After our initial chat, you’ll receive a personalised proposal that outlines the tasks, pricing, hours, and full scope of support, so everything’s clear from the start. When you’re ready to go ahead, we’ll send through a New Client Form, Service Agreement, and your first invoice to lock in your start date. It’s that easy.
Once the paperwork and payment are sorted, we’ll schedule a 1–2 hour kick-off meeting. This is where we dive into your systems, align on goals, and map out the plan for the next 3, 6, and 12 months. It’s all about getting clear on your tools, processes, and preferences—so we can hit the ground running from day one.
